lb projects is interested in community-centred design and engages in research, writing and urban interventions. Claire and Nicole are colleagues from the University of Waterloo School of Architecture  and are currently involved in photography, exhibition and design build projects in Toronto. They have lived around North America, Europe and Africa but began collaborating through a common interest in the urban and social regeneration of Johannesburg, South Africa where they have both conducted research.
